She could just be warming up or practicing form, you don’t know what she can or can’t handle ok
It’s a fitness shoot and I’d rather a woman be portrayed as strong. Just saying. Plus her muscle mass is a good indicator that she could definitely handle more weight but I’m sure they were asked not to. Then again it could be a series of photos to show proper technique for a squat or spotting do’s and don’ts. It’s just professionally shot and a pet peeve of mine for a woman that is fit to be using 5lbs dumbbell when they have the male using 35s for the same exercise.
